Euthanasia

Hello  bloggers I would like to share some information about euthanasia. It is the painless killing of a person suffering from an incurable and painful disease. It is also called doctor assisted killing. There are two 3 kinds of euthanasia, voluntary euthanasia which is conducted with the consent of the patient. Non voluntary euthanasia is conducted when the consent of the patient is unavailable like in the case of infants. Involuntary euthanasia is conducted without the consent of the patient.
It is legal in some countries like India some states of America Netherlands, Colombia, Belgium and Canada etc.

Recfugees are fleeing to neighbouring countries like Europe. There are some heart-wrenching photos which have caught the attention of the world in recent days.

breast cancer

Hello bloggers,  I would like to talk about breast cancer which is the most common in Australian women and the second most common cancer to cause death in women after lung cancer. It is uncommon in males. The power to detect cancer is in your hands. A self exam is is a significant step in early detection. Here is everything you need to know about the breast self exam.

Dust mites

Today I would like to talk about dust mites. They are tiny microscopic relatives of the spider live on mattresses , bedding, carpets and curtains. They feed on the flakes of skin that people and pets shed daily and thrive in warm and humid environments. They have been associated with a wide range of respiratory and dermatological allergies such as  asthma and eczema. No matter how clean a home is,  dust mites can not be eliminated completely. An interesting preventive strategy is not to fix your bed in the morning  :)

Recepie of Shami Kebab

Hi class, I want to share this Pakistani recepie with you people. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients
beef 1/2 kg boneless,
chana daal 1 cup
whole spices 1.5 table spoons
crushed chilies or chilli flakes 1.5 tbs
salt 1tbs
3 cloves of garlic
green coriander less than 1/2 bunch finely chopped
1 onion medium size. finely chopped
green chillies 2 finely chopped
2 eggs
oil for frying
Procedure
1- First soak chana daal in water for 1 hr.
2- Then take meat and put salt, whole spices, garlic cloves, and chilli flakes in it. Put all of them in a pressure cooker with water and cook it till the meat is tender. It usually take 15 minutes. Just use that amount of water in which the meat become tender and only half cup of water should left in the meat.
Then put the soaked chana daal in that meat and only that amount of water in which  you can see the chana daal clearly. Then cook the chana daal with meat until it become soft. There should not be any water in the mixture of meat and chana daal.. All water should be dried in that mixture.
3-Then grind this mixture in a chopper or best to do it with mortal and pestle. In this way you will get a good fibre strands in your kebabs.
4- Then mix green chillies, green corriander and raw chopped onion in the mixture.
5- Make kebabs in the form of patties.
6-  Then beat the eggs and dip these kebabs in it and shallow fry them in a frying pan on medium heat.
Note= you can use boneless chicken instead of beef . Its optional.
specially for Ahmed and Malak.
